Each individual is permitted to hold only one w1win Account. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. w1win reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and forfeit any associated balances.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your w1win Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. w1win will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify w1win support immediately. w1win reserves the right to suspend your Account pending investigation of any suspected security breach.
w1win is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all players. You agree to provide any documentation requested by w1win for KYC purposes, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (passport, driver's licence, or PhilSys national ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or Account closure.
Note: KYC verification is a regulatory requirement, not a discretionary policy. w1win cannot process withdrawals above threshold amounts without completed verification.
w1win accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfer via major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted. w1win does not accept deposits via credit card for gambling purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. w1win reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not adversely affect bonuses already credited to a Player's Account.

In the event of a discrepancy between a game's displayed result and the result recorded on w1win's servers, the server record shall be deemed authoritative. w1win uses certified random number generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games. w1win's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude w1win's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
w1win collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. w1win complies with the requirements of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations.

w1win reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without notice, if it determines in its sole discretion that you have breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.
Upon closure of your Account for breach of these Terms, any Real Money Balance remaining in your Account may be forfeited. Where Account closure is initiated by w1win for reasons unrelated to Player misconduct, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting w1win support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute between you and w1win, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting w1win's customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed by w1win may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official complaint channels.
